Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Project Scheduler in its Program Management department to develop and update detailed schedules with input from Engineering, PMs, and Operations. You will coordinate field input, pull data from systems like Maximo and Procore, and produce accurate reports predicting productivity trends.

seven years of scheduling experience is required; proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and Maximo is preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven years of scheduling experience for large programs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, SAP, and Maximo.
• Willing to be on site in Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost and resource loaded schedules and gather project progress weekly.
• Review change logs with Project Managers weekly.
• Interpret data and communicate trends to management.
• Assemble data for scorecards and portfolio tracking.
• Ensure on-time updates per PMO standards.
