Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is hiring a Senior Scheduler for EPC Transmission & Distribution projects. The role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules, collaborating with design, procurement, and construction teams, and delivering accurate forecasts across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of utility EPC scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and strong communication to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing resource- and cost-loaded schedules with earned value understanding.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Familiarity with TILOS and Acumen is a plus.
• Experience with heavy construction, power delivery, or water infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linear Schedule Method (LSM) and CPM schedules.
• Baseline and update schedules with cost and resource loading.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, procurement, and contractors.
• Align WBS with Financial Breakdown Structure (FBS) for financial planning.
• Produce cash flow curves and track earned value metrics.
• Support scheduling reviews and risk management across projects.
• Champion short-interval scheduling and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to high-visibility, infrastructure projects.
