Job summary

Qualus Corporation in Hartford, CT is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support complex electric utility projects, including Transmission and Offshore Wind, in our Program Management department.

The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and analyzing detailed schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement and construction teams, and reporting on schedule health and KPI trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling concepts and methods.
• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Electric Utility industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for projects and programs using Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule development with engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement and construction teams.
• Analyze schedule data and recommend corrective actions to meet in-service dates.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports including CPV, baseline vs actual, look-ahead and what-if scenarios.
• Monitor financial schedule estimates, budgets, resources, and dashboards within Primavera P6.
