Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner to develop and maintain integrated master schedules for their Transmission and Substation portfolio. You will work with program managers, project managers, and functional teams to drive schedule integrity and interdependencies across programs.

The role requires 7–10 years in scheduling, strong CPM/forecasting skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of scheduling/planning experience in programs/projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet.
• Strong CPM, dependencies, and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with multi-project or portfolio environments.
• Familiarity with EVM and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complexity and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for programs and projects.
• Define sequencing, dependencies, and durations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions and align timelines.
• Provide schedule forecasts and what-if analyses to support decisions.
• Perform critical path, float analysis, and risk assessment.
• Produce schedule status reports and executive summaries.
• Coordinate schedule governance across the portfolio.
