Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner to develop and maintain integrated master schedules for transmission and substation programs. You will coordinate with program and project managers, define sequencing and durations, and ensure schedule integrity across portfolios.

Responsibilities include forecasting performance, conducting what-if analyses, and delivering clear schedule reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio scheduling/planning roles.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of CPM, dependencies, and schedule forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules (IMS) for programs and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sequencing, dependencies, and durations.
• Forecast schedule performance and conduct what-if analyses for decision-making.
• Produce schedule status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and recommend corrective actions.
• Leverage scheduling tools to ensure data integrity across projects.
