Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience in industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent coordination with project managers, field teams, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated schedules using P6, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Create baselines and provide schedule updates through project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, field teams, and customers.
• Develop CPM schedules for transmission and substation projects.
• Analyze variances and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and metrics.
