Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of schedules for data center construction, from design through closeout. You will define activities, sequence tasks, estimate durations, allocate resources, and track progress with earned value analyses.

The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, familiarity with Autodesk Project Forma, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably with pharmaceutical experience and Autodesk Project Forma; capable of developing, analyzing, and optimizing schedule performance.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to align with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baseline schedule with earned value, milestones, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to handle changes or disruptions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to communicate updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
• Document actual vs planned timelines and capture lessons learned.
