Job summary

cornerstoneconcilium is seeking a Senior Scheduler to provide detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals. The role monitors critical path activities, analyzes logic structures, and coordinates schedule interfaces across projects in a matrix organization.

You will update the project schedule monthly, perform variance analysis, and develop mitigation actions. On-site at multiple Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area locations, this position requires extensive construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong schedule analysis skills.
• Extensive construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in forensic schedule and claims analysis is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals.
• Monitors critical path activities, logic structures, and schedule interfaces.
• Updates the project schedule monthly, performs variance analysis, recommends recovery strategies, prepares schedule forecasts, and evaluates logic structures and interfaces.
• The position reports in a matrix organization to the Program Scheduling Manager and the Project Commercial Manager, highlighting schedule slippage and other schedule-related issues while working collaboratively to develop mitigation actions.
