Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) in Spring, TX, is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner to support electric distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on Primavera P6 CPM scheduling and resource-loaded schedules.

You will develop, maintain and analyze project schedules from planning through construction, interfacing with engineering, procurement, field operations and construction teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in electric distribution/substation/utility construction.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise: schedule development, updates, logic, baselines, critical path analysis, and cost/resource loading.
• Experience scheduling utility construction activities: crews, materials, equipment, civil work, electrical installation, and commissioning.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, productivity, resource constraints, and field execution.
• Experience with forecast, earned value, KPIs, and schedule variance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, field operations, and project management teams.
• Experience with large-scale utility or EPC projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar tools preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Senior Scheduler/Planner - Distribution & Substation

Help deliver the utility infrastructure that keeps communities powered. Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner with hands‑on expertise in Primavera P6, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and resource-loaded construction schedules to support electric distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects.

In this role, you'll develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules from planning through construction and completion, integrating engineering, procurement, field operations, and construction activities into executable project plans. You'll monitor progress against baselines, forecast schedule impacts, evaluate resource constraints, and develop mitigation and recovery strategies to protect key milestones. Working closely with Project Managers and field leadership, you'll provide the schedule analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting needed to anticipate risks, resolve delays, and drive successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
