Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Planner with 4+ years of experience and strong Primavera P6 expertise to support EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR projects in Houston. You will develop and maintain CPM schedules, track progress, and forecast completion dates to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines and substations
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
• Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale siteworks, and long-lead equipment planning
• Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred

Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel

Help bring critical power delivery and water infrastructure projects to life through expert construction scheduling and project planning. QISG is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Planner with 4+ years of experience and strong Primavera P6 expertise to support complex EPC, Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects.

You’ll develop and maintain CPM schedules, establish project baselines, track progress, forecast completion dates, and identify critical path risks and resource constraints before they impact delivery. Working closely with Business Development, Project Managers, and construction teams, you’ll translate project scope into actionable schedules, evaluate schedule impacts, and support mitigation strategies that keep projects aligned with milestones, budgets, and execution goals. This is an opportunity to contribute to diverse infrastructure projects and influence project outcomes from proposal development through construction and completion.
