Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler and Planner to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center construction program. The ideal candidate will manage the Integrated Master Schedule, apply EVM, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5–7 years of experience in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in complex matrix environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the IMS for large capital programs.
• Establish schedule management program and deliverables.
• Interface with stakeholders as trusted advisors on scheduling.
• Prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approval.
• Plan resource loading and leveling for projects.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities.
• Monitor deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Apply EVM to measure progress and update reports.
• Review schedules with project teams for accuracy.
• Provide progress reports and trend charts regularly.
