Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team and support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project control services.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining master schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving schedule optimization. On-site presence is required with flexibility for client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction sequencing, CPM, WBS, and scheduling best practices.
• Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools for KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to validate sequencing and schedule feasibility.
• Create and update multiple schedules for various scopes until lease signing.
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration.
• Implement recovery strategies to maintain milestones and contractual obligations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses.
• Track KPIs to monitor health, progress, and forecasting accuracy.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule.
