Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in project scheduling/controls in large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project; strong scheduling fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather details and ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Monitor progress, identify scheduling issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare periodic schedule reports with critical path analysis and forecasts.
  • Maintain baselines and document schedule changes; update as needed.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to forecast impacts and mitigation plans.
  • Track deviations and assess impact on timelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation; provide training on scheduling practices.
  • Coordinate with cost control to align schedule and cost reporting.

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling—keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Position Summary

The Senior Staff Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring , and maintaining project schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects. This role involves coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties will Include:

  • Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project details and ensureaccurateschedule development.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to identify potential scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare periodic schedule reports, including critical path analysis, project forecasts, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project baselines, ensuring that changes aredocumented,and schedules are revised accordingly.
  • Conduct “what-if” scenario analysis to forecast potential project impacts and devise mitigation plans.
  • Track and document schedule deviations and assess their impact on the overall project timeline.
  • Develop andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of scheduling activities and provide training to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with the cost control team to integrate schedule and cost information, ensuring alignment and consistency in project reporting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, ora relatedfield. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related fields, preferable in construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiencyin scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including critical path analysis and earned value management (EVM).
  • Experience with risk management and familiarity with schedule risk analysis.Provide guidance and support to project teamsregardingschedule management and best practices.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
