Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related quantitative or technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive scheduling/project controls experience on large-scale capital projects.
• Mastery in Primavera P6, CPM, GPM theory, and schedule forensics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of complex schedules for major programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Advise executive stakeholders, enforce scheduling governance, and drive improvements across multiple teams.
• Identify schedule risks, conduct time impact analyses, and prepare delay claims narratives.
• Review contractor recovery schedules and support cost analysis and cash-flow projections.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
