Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston seeks a Senior Scheduler to join our Energy and Natural Resources team. You will implement planning strategies, develop WBS/CBS with project controls leads, and prepare integrated schedules with cost loading for major projects.

The role requires a minimum of five years post-graduate experience in project controls, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple contractors.

Qualifications

• A recognized university degree is required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in project controls and scheduling.
• Experience delivering scheduling functions in energy sectors.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project; Acumen Fuse experience is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple data sources into a master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implement project planning and scheduling strategy with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain WBS and CBS in collaboration with controls leads and contractors.
• Prepare integrated planning, scheduling baselines, and updates.
• Produce monthly project reports and other scheduling presentations.
• Create master schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Lead cross-functional teams on enterprise scheduling programs across multiple projects.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and critical path analysis for the project and contractors.
• Monitor schedule performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
