Job summary

Kiewit Energy District in Houston's Energy Corridor is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to develop and update engineering and construction schedules for the Oil, Gas, & Chemical markets. You will work with project teams, monitor critical paths, and communicate status to leadership.

You will mentor junior schedulers, help develop corporate standards, and ensure schedule integrity while relocating as needed; this role is fully onsite with opportunities across a broad energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, technical training, or related field.
• 10–15 years of scheduling experience in construction or engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience leading scheduling activities and mentoring junior schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Develop resource-loaded schedules with activities, milestones, and critical deliverables.
• Create schedule logic, durations, and resource plans for projects.
• Assess design changes and schedule slippages; inform leadership of impacts.
• Maintain critical path networks, schedule quality, and baseline integrity.
• Provide guidance on project controls and report scheduling metrics.
• Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to corporate standards.
