Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support complex transportation and heavy civil programs in California. You will develop, review, and maintain master schedules, evaluate critical activities, and advise project teams on sequencing and risk management.

Responsibilities include creating complex models, leading WBS development, performing what-if analyses, and integrating schedule withcost controls. Strong collaboration with project controls, engineering, and construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management or business with 9+ years of experience.
• Extensive schedule development, analysis and integration with project controls.
• Experience with megaprojects, tunnels, underground construction and transit infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple scheduling projects as project leader or advisor.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level scheduling processes and models.
• Analyze master schedules, milestones, risks, and recovery strategies.
• Integrate schedule data with cost, EVA, and procurement documents.
• Mentor junior schedulers and support client presentations.
