HDR is seeking a Lead Scheduler to join our Southern California Project Controls team, supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of major transportation and industrial projects alongside project managers, engineers and leadership. The role emphasizes base schedules, updates, and issue resolution in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of scheduling experience are required; Primavera experience is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in construction scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera and cost/resource loaded schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring all aspects of major transportation or industrial projects, with high energy and great attention to detail.
• Prepare base schedules, schedule reviews, monthly schedule update analysis, time impact analysis, and investigation and analysis of schedule impacts.
• Monitor and document construction progress and ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts and provide written progress reports.
