HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior-level scheduling professional to support complex, large-scale transportation and heavy civil infrastructure programs in the San Jose area. You will develop and maintain master schedules, analyze risks, and provide strategic schedule guidance to project teams.

The role requires extensive experience with megaprojects, complex underground construction, and coordination across multiple contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business and 9 years relevant experience, or in lieu of education, 13 years relevant experience.
• AACE Planning PSP or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing project schedules using commercially available scheduling software.
• Experience in 2 or more phases of project lifecycle (e.g., predesign, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases).
• Experience working as client's PM/CM agent (e.g., providing program management/construction management services) or as part of design-build contractor (or equivalent design and construction experience).

• Works on multiple scheduling projects as a project leader or advisor within teams.
• Develops and maintains Enterprise level scheduling processes and procedures.
• Creates complex scheduling models and master project/program schedules.
• Oversees scheduling data and reports for the project.
• Participates in client presentations and with other project controls areas.
• Supports department growth through BD and marketing efforts.
• Provides schedule support for claims analysis.
• Mentors Schedulers I, II, and III.
