Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional in the United States to lead schedules, cost forecasting and earned value management on complex projects across our portfolio.

You will analyze costs, monitor progress against baselines, and prepare client and internal status reports, mentoring junior staff along the way. Travel may be required; familiarity with Primavera P6 and EcoSys is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers project progress information and updates schedules for moderate to high complexity.
• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs.
• Monitors progress and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Performs Earned Value Management reporting for projects or programs.
• Prepares client and internal status reports; documents changes.
• Mentors junior staff and may supervise engineers on project work.
