Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a seasoned project controls professional to support complex project portfolios in the United States. You will develop schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and deliver performance reporting using Earned Value Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, with domestic/international travel as needed. Experience with Primavera P6, EcoSys, and PMIS platforms is highly valued, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with internal procedures such as federal/government regulations.
Gathers project progress information from project manager and project team members to update and monitor projects of moderate to high complexity.
Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs; updates requirements as required.
Performs Earned Value Management reporting and analyses.
Prepares client and internal status reports to communicate cost status and trends.
