Job summary

CACI International Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Project Scheduler to support the Program Manager by developing and maintaining a resource-loaded IMS and updating the schedule across the program period of performance.

You will coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders, perform critical path analyses, manage baselines, and provide status reports and executive briefings. Travel up to 10% continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Two or more years of IMS experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project; certification preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining the IMS, including baseline management and updates.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14-point schedule assessment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the program's IMS in Microsoft Project.
• Integrate schedules across projects into a consolidated program-level IMS.
• Establish relationships, calendars, WBS, and schedule coding.
• Lead schedule status cycles with PMs and leads to validate dates and progress.
• Perform critical path analysis and assess impacts on milestones.
• Prepare schedule reports and briefings for leadership and customers.
