Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of work-related scheduling or project management experience.
TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple departments.
Monitor timelines, flag delays or conflicts, and keep stakeholders informed.
Create and maintain project documentation and meeting minutes.
Facilitate project meetings and track milestones and deliverables.
Ensure schedules and documentation are accessible in ServiceNow and other tools.
Support development of integrated master schedules, reports and presentations.
