Job summary

APSI Construction Management is seeking a Scheduler II/III for our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The role involves maintaining detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, coordinating with cost control, and supporting scheduling deliverables across large vertical construction projects.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years of scheduling experience, with higher level expectations for Scheduler III.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or other project review tools.
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain detailed program schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Support cost and resource loading across project schedules.
• Run reports on schedule performance, including cash flow and earned value.
• Assist with what-if scenarios to assess schedule risk and resequencing impacts.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reviews and collaborate on delay resolution.
• Maintain schedule standards, templates, and controls documentation.
• Participate in status updates and coordination sessions.
• Assist senior staff with quality assurance checks on scheduling deliverables.
• Review change orders related to time and schedule implications.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and monthly/weekly updates.
