Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects; 5–7 years for Scheduler II and 7+ years for Scheduler III.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining detailed program schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Supporting cost and resource loading across various project schedules.
• Running reports on schedule performance, cash flow forecasts and earned value metrics.
• Assisting with time impact analyses and resequencing.
• Coordinating with cost control and document management teams.
