Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and performance monitoring across complex industrial projects. You will maintain realistic, resource-aware schedules aligning design, procurement, permitting, construction, commissioning, and handover with executive reporting needs.

The role requires 10–15 years of scheduling and project controls experience, preferably in high-tech facilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of scheduling, planning, and project controls experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, battery, or other high‑tech facilities.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated schedule development and maintain master schedules across project phases.
• Maintain project schedules in a multi-user Primavera P6 environment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk reviews, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with design, procurement, construction, and client teams.
• Ensure schedule alignment with cost management, procurement, and EV reporting.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with stakeholders and leadership.
