Job summary

Austin Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support scheduling and project controls for a major client project.

The role involves developing, updating, and maintaining the project schedule, tracking progress, and coordinating with the project team and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of field experience, a technical degree, and strong expertise in Primavera Scheduling Software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Five to ten years of field experience preferred.
• Read and interpret owner’s drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project schedule development.
• Detailed working knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedule.
• Support weekly schedule update meetings with project team.
• Support project team in issuing schedules, progress and curves, basis of schedule, and histograms.
• Perform resource loading and levelling.
• Coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.
• Perform schedule and progress analysis and make recommendations to the project team.
• Assess impact of changes and deviations to the project schedule.
• Develop the baseline construction schedule outlining the sequence of work.
