Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Austin, TX to lead strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and governance across complex industrial projects. You will establish master schedules, coordinate inputs from design, procurement, and construction, and deliver executive-ready reports and recovery plans.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, Synchro 4D, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel, plus 10–15 years in scheduling with multi-discipline teams and bilingual Korean-English

Qualifications

• Engineering/Project controls background required.
• 10–15 years of scheduling/controls experience in large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and schedule governance across full project life cycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for all project phases.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports and dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Perform critical path and risk analyses to identify recovery actions and mitigation plans.
