Job summary

North Wind is seeking a Senior Scheduler in St Paul, MN to build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs, including the AHRTC. This hands-on role requires deep CPM scheduling expertise and the ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include critical path analysis, Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Analysis, EVM-based performance monitoring, and ensuring alignment with the DCMA 14-Point standard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Controls, Program Management, or Scheduling or related field.
• Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) logic and experience managing complex Integrated Master Schedules ($50M+ portfolio size).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Schedule Execution: Develop, status, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring technical logic and horizontal/vertical integration.
• AHRTC Schedule Support: Collaborate with scheduler team to meet evolving program needs over its lifecycle.
• Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis and Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) for predictive forecasting.
• Support Standard Implementation: Ensure compliance with the DCMA 14-Point standard and support Baseline Change Request processes.
• Support Performance Analysis: Maintain resource-loaded IMS to support cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Technical Mastery: Support 'What-if' modeling and delay analysis for Program Managers.
