Job summary

North Wind is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Minnesota to build, maintain, and defend Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs including AHRTC. This hands-on role requires CPM logic mastery and the ability to translate complex data into actionable delivery roadmaps.

You will conduct critical path analysis, Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis, and ensure adherence to schedule health standards while supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Controls, Program Management, or Scheduling or related field.
• Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) logic and experience managing complex IMS ($50M+ portfolio).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, status, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Collaborate with scheduler team to support AHRTC program lifecycle.
• Conduct critical path analysis and Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Ensure compliance with scheduling health standards (DCMA 14-Point or equivalent).
• Maintain resource-loaded IMS to support cost and schedule performance using EVM principles.
• Perform What-if modeling and delay analysis for Program Managers.
