Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Scheduler (Federal) to lead project scheduling on federal programs. You will develop and maintain CPM schedules, lead schedule updates, and analyze time impacts, coordinating with clients and contractors.

You’ll mentor junior schedulers and support schedule narratives for reporting. Required 7+ years of scheduling on engineering/construction projects, with Primavera P6 expertise, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects, including schedule analysis and impact evaluation.
• Proficiency in Primavera, and/or other scheduling software
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for medium to large projects.
• Lead schedule update analyses and identify critical drivers.
• Prepare time impact analyses and scenario evaluations.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from clients, contractors, and third parties.
• Provide schedule narratives and compliance observations for reporting.
• Mentor junior schedulers and provide day-to-day direction in scheduling teams.
