Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Project Planner Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules across the project lifecycle, from development through commissioning. You will work with project managers, engineers, EPC contractors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with EVM requirements.

The role requires a strong background in Primavera P6, resource-loaded scheduling, and critical path analysis, with up to 20% travel to project sites for construction and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project planning and scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and progress reporting.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logically linked project schedules from proposal to completion.
• Analyze critical path, resource loading, and performance against milestones.
• Provide regular schedule updates and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, EPC contractors, customers, and stakeholders on scheduling.
• Support bid/proposal inputs with schedule data and assumptions.
• Travel to project sites as needed for construction and commissioning support.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and EVM-related data.
