Job summary

Campos EPC, LLC is seeking a skilled Scheduler in the United States to analyze production specifications and plan workflows across internal groups, ensuring client sequences and lead times are met.

The role requires Primavera P6 experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and time management abilities. You will coordinate with client and project teams to expedite schedules and produce materials lists and production reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering degree preferred.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production specifications and calculations to determine time, material, tools, and human resources for schedules.
• Plan and schedule workflow for internal groups per client sequences and lead times.
• Plan sequence of evaluation, engineering design, drafting, and other operations for client project guidance.
• Confer with Client & Company project teams to determine project status and ensure timelines.
• Expedite operations and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare production reports and lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
