Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related quantitative field.
• 6-8+ years EPC scheduling experience, leading schedules on multiple complex projects.
• PMI-SP/PSP/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling, schedule recovery, and critical path analysis on EPC projects.
• Proven experience mapping P6 activities to cost codes and reconciling schedule and cost systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel (Power Query, pivot modeling).
• Strong earned value management fluency with executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain resource-loaded P6 master schedules for complex utility-scale solar projects.
• Lead schedule recovery planning, delay analysis, and forecast completion dates.
• Perform advanced earned value analysis and translate results for leadership.
• Develop and govern Power BI dashboards and Power Query models for reporting.
• Mentor schedulers and contribute to SOPs, templates, and QA practices.
• Travel to project sites every 1-2 months to validate progress.
