Job summary

The Lead Scheduler is the driving force behind the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a multi-site ECS/MNS modernization program. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and turnover activities, aligning with project leadership and Government stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement.

With 5+ years of federal scheduling experience and expert IMS proficiency, you will analyze critical paths, mitigate risks, and deliver comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large federal programs.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Expert proficiency with scheduling software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate schedules across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and turnover.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, construction teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify critical path impacts.
• Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies for schedule risks and delays.
• Validate subcontractor schedules and integrate updates into the master schedule.
• Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Support project planning, risk management, and overall program execution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to travel as required.
