Job summary

The Lead Scheduler at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) will own and manage the Integrated Master Schedule for a complex ECS/MNS modernization across multiple sites in Atlanta, GA.

You will coordinate across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and turnover with project leadership, engineering, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders to ensure milestones are met through proactive scheduling and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling on large federal programs.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and systems.
• Strong construction sequencing, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain government credentials and travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate schedules across design, procurement, construction, and turnover.
• Collaborate with project teams and government stakeholders to align schedules.
• Monitor progress and identify critical path impacts.
• Develop recovery plans for schedule risks and delays.
• Prepare schedule reports and executive briefs.
