Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our onsite team in New Albany, OH. You will work on diverse data center projects within a leading planning and scheduling group, delivering detailed schedules and risk analyses to avoid surprises.

The role offers growth potential as our scheduling team expands; you will mentor junior schedulers and collaborate with project managers, designers and contractors using state-of-the-art planning tools and robust cost controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling; data center exp preferred.
• Experience with fiber optic and network connectivity required.
• Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Lead monthly project progress and report risks and delays.
• Provide guidance on design issues, client concerns and code issues.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
