Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Edgerton, Kansas to oversee scheduling services for a data center client. You will develop, monitor and maintain detailed project schedules, lead monthly progress reviews and perform forensic scheduling analyses to support effective decision making.

Prior data center scheduling experience is highly preferred. You will collaborate with project managers, designers and contractors to ensure schedules align with scope and budget while managing risks and

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain project schedules with appropriate detail.
• Lead project progress reviews with PMs and contractors.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses on complex projects.
• Support design issues and client concerns with schedule input.
• Experience with data center scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor and resolve schedule risks and critical path impacts.
• Lead monthly progress updates with PMs, design teams, and contractors.
• Provide guidance on cost loading and resource allocation.
• Ensure schedule data is accurately reported to clients.
