Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Master Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale data center projects. You will partner with the Construction Program VP, GM, and the team to develop, maintain, and report on an Integrated Master Schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive data center scheduling experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, and a track record of delivering complex schedules on time.

• Adaptable to shifting priorities with attention to accuracy.
• Proven track record in complex project scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional schedule activities: definition, development, maintenance, and reporting for a complex data center project.
• Act as the Schedule Owner for the Integrated Master Schedule for a campus-level data center project.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on schedule status and integrate activities into the IMS.
• Support on-site at the project site to understand and report schedule performance.
• Communicate schedule performance with Senior Project Leadership.
• Create and maintain an Owner Schedule database/repository in SharePoint with KPIs.
• Review preliminary and in-progress GC schedules, providing expert insights as needed.
• Provide ad hoc mini-schedules, fragnets, and scenario analyses as required.
