The Vertex Companies LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler in New York with extensive CPM scheduling experience to develop and maintain schedules for high-rise, core & shell, and large-scale projects. You will work with owners, contractors, and consultants to monitor performance, identify risks, and report progress to clients.

Ideal candidates have strong CPM knowledge, Primavera P6 proficiency, and a proven track record of leading scheduling efforts on complex construction programs in the NYC metro

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 12 years of related experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role with significant impact.
• Detailed understanding of CPM concepts
• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for large-scale construction projects

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and manage multiple project schedules using CPM
• Review project documents such as drawings, specs, contracts, and phasing plans
• Prepare schedule narratives, executive summaries, and graphical reports for clients
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities and communicate findings
• Facilitate schedule update meetings with owners, contractors, and design teams
