Unknown Client, a leading New York metropolitan mechanical contractor, is seeking a Senior Scheduling Engineer. The role reports to the Scheduling Manager and focuses on developing schedules for Pre-construction through Close-out, tracking progress, and maintaining multiple schedules across projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management and have 10+ years of project scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in project scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Construction project and program level scheduling experience.
• Hands-on experience in public projects (buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater, or commercial) preferred.

• Develop project schedules for all phases of the project (Pre-construction through Close-out).
• Track, update, and report on schedule progress and performance.
• Manage project schedules with progress updates and delays.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain schedules.
