Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall RLB in Milwaukee is seeking a Lead Scheduler to serve as the primary scheduling and planning authority for complex commercial construction projects. You will develop, maintain, and report integrated master schedules across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

The role requires leading CPM schedules with CPM, coordinating with owners, managers, consultants, and contractors, and mentoring junior schedulers while driving scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, PM, architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction scheduling and project controls experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience leading scheduling teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Perform critical path and float analyses to forecast delays.
