Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Scheduler to oversee planning and scheduling on complex projects across our Chicago/Bradley portfolio. You will act as scheduling expert for the Business Unit, apply CPM techniques, analyze variances, and mentor junior staff while aligning with our core values of integrity and teamwork.

The role emphasizes advanced scheduling tools, risk identification, and collaboration with project managers and the legal department to ensure on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience.
• Professional certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA or similar recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight relative to planning & scheduling within assigned projects.
• Performs as scheduling expert for the BU on advanced tasks.
• Demonstrates advanced expertise in scheduling tools and techniques.
