Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Scheduler or Project Controls Manager on major projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and ASTA Powerproject.
• Strong communication and client coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with delay analysis methodologies (TIA) and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Creates/develops master development schedules and baseline schedules.
• Maintains and updates project schedules and narrative reports.
• Interacts with project management, owners, and subcontractors on scheduling issues.
• Performs what-if analyses to assess impacts of means and methods.
• Provides support for delays, recovery plans, and mitigation strategies.
• Conducts time impact analyses for change orders and delay claims.
• Prepares Monthly Schedule Update Reports and concise schedule narratives.
• Develops schedule performance dashboards and ensures QA/QC of schedules.
• Collaborates with team to add value and meet client outcomes.
