Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) seeks a Senior Construction Scheduler to lead the time and resource management for major projects in Phoenix. The role involves developing master schedules, resource-loaded baselines, and monthly updates, while analyzing change orders and delays.

You will prepare TIAs, recovery options, and schedule narratives to support project decisions. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of senior scheduling or project controls experience, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS

Qualifications

8+ years experience as a Senior Scheduler or Project Controls Manager on major projects/programs.
Proficient in scheduling software and tools (MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject).
Experience with time impact analyses and delay claims is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Creates/develops/maintains master development schedules and fully loaded baseline schedules.
Monitors, updates, and analyzes project schedules and change orders.
Performs TIAs for change orders and delay claims.
Prepares monthly schedule updates and narratives describing project status and critical issues.
Develops schedule dashboards and ensures QA/QC on schedules.
