Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Construction Scheduler to lead master development schedules, resource-loaded baselines, and monthly updates for complex projects. You will analyze change orders, perform time impact analyses, and collaborate with management, owners and subs to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: BS in Engineering, Business or Construction Management.
Minimum Experience: Scheduler or Project Controls Manager on construction projects.
Skills: Scheduling and Project Management software; extensive knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and update master development schedules, fully resource and cost loaded baselines.
Interface with project management, owner and subcontractors on scheduling issues and reporting.
Perform time impact analyses for change orders and delay claims.
Prepare Monthly Schedule Update Reports and schedule narratives.
Develop schedule dashboards and ensure QA on project schedules.
