Cumming Group is seeking an Associate Director of Scheduling in Nashville, TN to lead scheduling services for a large-scale transportation infrastructure program. The role focuses on developing and managing integrated project schedules, risk assessments and critical path analyses.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project scheduling or related fields, BS in Construction/Engineering, and certifications such as PSP or PMP.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years in project scheduling, project engineering, project management or construction management.
• Preferred Certification: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Promote opportunities for repeat business and create favorable references through effective coordination and communication of project tasks.
• Provide earned value management.
• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and ongoing projects.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and monthly progress reports.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Oversee forensic scheduling analysis and cost loading review as needed.
