Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Nashville to collaborate with project management, field operations, and preconstruction teams across the project lifecycle. You will develop feasible schedules, evaluate sequencing, and implement strategies to keep projects on track.

You will lead CPM schedules, review critical path, and provide updates to stakeholders while coordinating with multiple project teams on logistics, milestones, and recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction scheduling, PM, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, sequencing, and project execution.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM project schedules.
• Collaborate with project and field teams on sequencing, durations, logistics, milestones.
• Review schedules for critical path, float, constraints, and risks.
• Participate in jobsite visits to evaluate progress and field conditions.
• Assist with schedule delays, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
• Support pull planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare updates, reports, and narratives for stakeholders.
• Assist with preconstruction and pursuit activities including schedule development.
• Contribute to scheduling processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide scheduling guidance to project teams.
