Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team in Los Angeles, CA (or New York, NY). You will design and maintain dashboards, automate schedule analytics, and lead project scheduling efforts across multiple projects in the advanced technology sector.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in project scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, and experience building Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling and detailed schedule analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and data reporting.
• Ability to translate complex schedule data into visuals for executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for project teams and leadership.
• Develop web-based dashboards and tools, including AI-assisted features.
• Support deployment of internal schedule analytics platform and automation of reports.
• Lead and mentor Scheduler I & II team members and coordinate with IT for data integration.
• Prepare proposal-ready schedule deliverables and participate in project progress reviews.
• Collaborate with project teams to validate as-planned schedules and analyze delays.
