Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our planning and scheduling team in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on building dashboards, automating schedule analytics, and integrating schedule data with cost and project management systems.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in scheduling, strong Primavera P6 and Power BI skills, and certifications such as PSP or PMP. Growth opportunities are a key part of our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in project scheduling is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Power BI, plus familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Build web-based dashboards or tools, including HTML/JS, with AI-assisted features.
• Support deployment and development of the internal P6 schedule analytics platform.
• Automate scheduling analyses and reporting using scripting and AI tools.
• Lead project managers and teams on monthly project progress and data-driven decisions.
• Provide guidance on design issues and client concerns.
